Joseph received his Bachelor's of Architecture from the Universidad Regiomontana in Monterrey, Mexico and has been working in the industry since 2005. He has over 20 years of design and construction experience with residential, commercial, educational, sports, restaurant, casino, office and industrial projects. He is bilingual in Spanish and English. He joined our team in 2025.

Andrew is a professional draftsman and project manager with over 20 years of experience in the production and management of construction drawings for large-scale commercial projects. Prior to his relocation to Texas, he was in charge of projects in Canada, New York and Colorado. He has been a team member at Winchester Architects since 2018.

Desiree graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University where she earned a bachlor's degree in Interior Design. She has over 16 years of design experience and works primarily on custom residential projects and manages junior staff. Desiree has been part of our team since 2021.

Ryan attended Texas State Technical College in Waco where he studied Civil and Architectural Drafting. Ryan manages both commercial and residential projects and produces high quality 3D renderings and videos. He joined the Winchester Architects team in 2013.

Cris attended Texas State Technical College where he received an AAS in Architectural Design. He has been working in the industry since 1994 and owned his own business in the Dallas/Ft Worth area for many years. Cris manages high end residential projects. He joined Winchester Architects in 2021.

Antonio has more than 16 years of experience in residential, high-rise buildings, recreation, and educational facilities. He has worked with Winchester Architects since 2015. 

Julio holds a BS from LaSalle Insitute and studied Architecture at the National University of Engineering. He joined Winchester Architects in 2021.

Merlin graduated with a degree in Architecture from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering and has been working in the field since 2011. She joined Winchester Architects in 2022.

Kristy graduated from Texas A&M University in 2013 with a BS in Environmental Design. She began working at Winchester Architects in 2014. After taking time off to start a family and a woodworking business, she returned to Winchester Architects in 2024.

Robert graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Environmental Design from the college of architecture. Robert works on both commercial and residential projects. He has been working with Winchester Architects since 2021.

Brian graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in University Studies from the college of architecture. Brian works on residential and remodel/addition projects. He is biligual in Spanish and English. He joined Winchester Architects since 2021.

Desha has a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M. She helps keep the office functioning and will usually be the first person to greet you when you call or come into the office.

Destiny has an Associate of Science in Accounting from Blinn and is currently working on her BBA in Business Management. Aside from bookkeeping, she assists with accounts receivables and many special projects.

Elise has a degree in Community/Regional Planning from the University of Southern Mississippi. She manages the administrative staff to ensure the office functions efficiently and effectively and that customer service is a top priority.
