Residential Designer/Architect
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and expertise to the residential design team
- Work with clients to create designs that meet their unique requirements while adhering to building requirements and codes
- Maintain working relationships with engineers and planners
Qualifications
- Have in depth knowledge of design principles and expert knowledge of CAD
- Be licensed in the State of Texas
- Ten years of residential design experience
Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Directing, organizing, and mentoring junior staff
- Preparing detailed architectural drawings for all types of projects
- Coordinating projects with engineers and other consultants
- Analyze building specifications and codes
- Develop and design guidelines for documents
- Assisting with project proposals
Qualifications
- An Architecture degree is preferred, but demonstrated experience as a Project Manager may be considered in the place of a degree.
- Advanced knowledge of the architectural design process, construction documentation, administration and materials is essential.
- Expert knowledge of CAD is required.
Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Create detailed architectural drawings based on building specifications, calculations and preliminary sketches
- Visit sites to collect measurements and dimensions
- Create detailed designs with CAD software
Qualifications
- Completion of at least a two-year associate’s degree in drafting is preferred
- Working knowledge of CAD
